Thunderbolt is heated between 85-89 degrees with radiant infrared heating panels. We heat the room to help you warm your muscles safely, expel toxins and pollutants from your body, and to speed up the healing process in soft tissues injuries (tears, pulls, strains).
Almost all of our classes are geared toward all levels. Our team will always give you options to turn your practice up or down a few notches so that you can have your best yoga experience possible.
Each class will torch calories, tone, strengthen & lengthen your muscles, and leave you with an undeniable sense of empowerment.
∙ Arrive at least ten minutes early
∙ Wear non-restrictive, comfortable clothing
∙ Avoid eating large meals at least 90 minutes before class. Snacks are fine.
∙ Turn off your phone
∙ Ask questions - no question is a stupid question
Neither strength nor flexibility are required to take a yoga class. Bring an open mind, honor your body where it is today, and leave your ego out of the room. As your yoga practice progresses, your flexibility and strength will progress as well.
While it is not recommended to become a new yoga practitioner during pregnancy, if you already have a consistent yoga practice, it is safe to continue practicing. Please alert your instructor of your pregnancy and he or she will work with you to learn proper modifications.
Thunderbolt keeps the temperature between 85 and 90 degrees. We are not a Bikram studio.
